IMAGE SENT BY CUSTOMER
The client will have to send the image via email, as sharp and frontal as possible to achieve an excellent job and a better result at the time of digitization.
It must also contain in the description the measurements which will carry the logo and, if possible, indicate on which surface the embroidery will be made (fabric, garment, etc.).
The latter will influence the characteristics of the matrix to achieve a better acceptance of the embroidery to the surface to be made.

MATRICES.UY will respond by mail as soon as possible to your quote for the image sent for matrixing.
In the case of accepting the proposal, we will move on to the next step of Digitizing your matrix.
PAYMENT OF THE QUOTED MATRIX
After having confirmed the work to MATRICES.UY, we will send you the possible forms of payment, which could be by bank deposit or at any Abitab or Redpagos branch.
This step would require sending proof of completion.

The digitization of a logo to an embroidery matrix is a process in which we take the sent image and through the application of techniques and tools in our software, we will convert the image into a file with the extension that your machine requires to read it (Happy. dst, Janome .jef, Brother .pes, Bernina .exp, etc.)

MATRICES.UY will send the corresponding email, the matrix made according to your request.
In this case, the modifications to be made would be free of charge until the client is satisfied with the work carried out.
